How to Delete Your Account
Step-by-step guidance to permanently delete your BrightBubbles account and associated personal data directly from the Customer App or Rider App.
Method 1: Delete Account in Customer App
Follow these steps directly inside the BrightBubbles Customer Mobile App.
Open BrightBubbles Customer App
Launch the app on your Android or iOS device and ensure you are logged in to the account you wish to delete.
Navigate to Profile
Tap the 'Profile' icon located on the bottom navigation bar to access your account settings.
Locate Danger Zone & Delete Account
Scroll down to the 'Danger Zone' section at the bottom of the profile screen and tap the red 'Delete Account' button.
Review Warnings & Confirm
A confirmation modal will detail all data to be deleted (saved addresses, order history, wallet balance). Check the confirmation box and tap 'Delete Permanently'.
Method 2: Delete Account in Rider App
Follow these steps inside the BrightBubbles Rider Mobile App.
Open BrightBubbles Rider App
Open the Rider app on your mobile device and log in with your active rider credentials.
Go to Rider Profile
Tap on 'Profile' in the bottom navigation menu to view your driver profile and settings.
Select Delete Rider Account
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap the red 'Delete Rider Account' button.
Confirm Deletion Request
Ensure you have no pending active deliveries or unresolved cash collections. Confirm the deletion prompt to permanently remove your account.
- ✕Personal profile information (Name, Email, Phone Number)
- ✕Saved home, work, and custom delivery addresses
- ✕Authentication tokens and active login sessions
- ✕Customer wallet balances, coupon vouchers, and loyalty points
- ✕Push notification tokens and marketing communication preferences
- ✕Rider attendance logs, live location history, and vehicle details
- ✓Completed transaction invoices & GST billing records (Retained for 7 years as required by Indian Tax & Financial Regulatory laws)
- ✓Records of open claims or unresolved disputes (Retained until legal closure)
