BrightBubbles is a platform that helps customers discover and order laundry services from registered laundry businesses. Depending on the service, pickup and delivery may be handled by the laundry itself or by a BrightBubbles delivery partner.

To use certain features, you may need to create an account.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials secure, maintaining the accuracy of your account information, and informing us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You should not create an account using someone else's identity or information.

When you place an order, you select the laundry, services, address, and available pickup/delivery slot.

The amount shown before pickup may be an estimated amount. The final amount may change after the laundry weighs and/or itemizes the clothes.

Where the final amount changes, you may be asked to approve the revised bill before the order proceeds.

Laundry prices are determined by the respective laundry and may vary between service providers.

Additional charges may apply for express services, special items, additional weight or items, delivery-related services, and applicable taxes.

BrightBubbles may configure certain platform-level charges or promotions.

Customers are expected to provide accurate pickup and delivery information and be reasonably available during the selected time slot.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may be able to reschedule the delivery subject to available slots and applicable charges.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Customers should provide accurate information about the items submitted for laundry.

Certain materials, colors, designs, stains, or garments may carry an inherent risk of damage, shrinkage, color bleeding, or other changes during cleaning.

BrightBubbles or the laundry may refuse items that cannot reasonably or safely be processed.

If you believe an item has been lost or damaged, you should raise a claim through the available claim/support process.

Claims may be reviewed based on available information, including order details, photographs, laundry records, delivery records, and other evidence.

Any compensation or resolution will be subject to the applicable policies and the circumstances of the claim.

BrightBubbles may support online payment, pay-after-weighing, Cash on Delivery, and wallet adjustments or refunds.

Online payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

You agree to provide valid payment information and complete the applicable payment for your order.

Where a refund is approved, it may be returned through the original payment method or credited to your BrightBubbles wallet, depending on the applicable situation and policy.

Wallet balances may be used for eligible future transactions and adjustments.

Coupons and promotional offers may have their own eligibility requirements, validity periods, usage limits, and other conditions.

A coupon may be funded by BrightBubbles or by an individual laundry. The applicable terms will determine how the discount is applied.

BrightBubbles reserves the right to cancel or reject coupons where misuse, fraud, or violation of the applicable terms is detected.

BrightBubbles may offer subscription packages that provide benefits such as a predefined amount of laundry service for a specified period.

Subscription terms, including price, validity, included quantity/weight, usage limits, and other conditions, will be displayed when the subscription is purchased.

Unused subscription benefits may expire according to the applicable subscription terms.

Customers may submit ratings and reviews based on their experience.

Reviews should be genuine and must not contain abusive, threatening, fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful content.

BrightBubbles may remove content that violates these requirements.

Customers can contact BrightBubbles through the support ticket system for issues related to orders, billing, delivery, claims, or other services.

We may review relevant order information and evidence before resolving a dispute.

BrightBubbles may suspend or terminate an account where there is fraudulent activity, payment abuse, misuse of coupons or referral programs, harassment or abusive behavior, unauthorized use of the platform, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or other activity that may harm BrightBubbles, its customers, laundries, or delivery partners.

BrightBubbles may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, maps, messaging providers, and other technology providers.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

We aim to keep BrightBubbles available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, updates, network failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

BrightBubbles acts as a platform connecting customers with laundry and delivery services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BrightBubbles will not be responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, indirect losses, or issues arising from inaccurate information provided by a customer.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, features, policies, or legal requirements change.

Updated terms will become effective when published through the BrightBubbles website or application, unless a different effective date is specified.

These Terms & Conditions will be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any disputes will be handled according to the applicable legal jurisdiction.
